摘要
介绍了低塔强制风冷造粒法生产尿基复合(混)肥的造粒原理和工艺流程,详细叙述了其主要核心技术、建厂面积和主要设备,估算了其技术指标和生产成本,并通过与传统滚筒法复合(混)肥生产工艺和高塔造粒技术进行比较,分析了低塔强制风冷造粒工艺的优点,认为该技术非常适合新建复合(混)肥生产装置,同时也适合小颗粒尿素装置直接改产大颗粒尿素或NK肥、NPK复合(混)肥的技术改造,应用前景广阔。
The granulation principle and process flow for production of urea-based compound fertilizer with low-tower forced air-cooling granulation method are outlined,the main core technology,construction area and main equipment are elaborated,meanwhile the technical figures and production cost are also estimated.Compared with the production process of compound fertilizer with traditional rolling drum method and high-tower granulation technology,the advantages of low-tower forced air-cooling granulation process are analyzed,it is thought that this technology is not only well suitable for the construction of new compound fertilizer plant,but also for the technical revamp for the change of urea plant with small size granulation into big size granulation,or NK fertilizer,NPK compound fertilizer plant,and the application prospect is promising.
