摘要
针对企业CRM(客户关系管理)系统与ERP(企业资源计划)系统的集成问题,提出了基于SOA(面向服务的体系框架)的解决方案,以弥合长期以来企业与IT基础设施之间的鸿沟,从而支持企业快速灵活地变迁其业务流程,实现IT架构的灵活性和IT资产的重用。分析了企业CRM系统与ERP系统集成的背景,阐述了SOA体系结构,建立了SOA集成模型。介绍了SOA集成模型的应用案例。实践表明,该模型能够有效地解决企业CRM系统与ERP系统的集成问题。
According to the integrating problem between CRM(Customer Relationship Management)system and ERP(Enterprise Resources Planning)system,a solution based on SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)was presented in order to bridge the gap between enterprises and IT(Information Technology)infrastructures,support enterprises to change their business process quickly and flexibly,and achieve the flexibility of IT infrastructures and the reuse of IT assets.The background of the integration of CRM system and ERP system was analyzed,and the structure of SOA was described,then the SOA integration model was established.The application case was introduced.It was testified by practice that the SOA integration model could effectively solve the integrating problem between CRM system with ERP system.
