大学自主招生相关问题探讨——《走出象牙塔——大学的社会责任》读后感

A Study on Autonomous Recruitment:A few Thoughts on《Beyond the Ivory Tower:Social Responsibilities of the Modern University》

笔者阅读美国著名教育家德里克.博克的《走出象牙塔——大学的社会责任》一书后,对我国大学自主招生的有关问题进行了初步探讨。主要提出明确自主招生中谁在招生、招生的目的是什么、招生的结果如何等三个问题。在自主招生中,一定要体现各大学院系、专业招生的自主权利。

After reading 《Beyond the Ivory Tower：Social Responsibilities of the Modern University》 by Derek Bok,the famous American educationalist,the present author tentatively probes into the problems of autonomous recruitment in China.It mainly holds that it should be clear that who are the responsible persons,what is the purpose and result of the recruitment,etc.and argues that the autonomous right of departments and specialties should be highlighted in the recruitment.
