甘肃省理工类高校毕业生就业状况调查(2007—2009)

A Survey on Graduate Employment of Science-Engineering Universities in Gansu Province from 2007 to 2009

目前,高校毕业生的就业形势日益严峻,毕业生能否顺利就业以及就业去向直接影响着毕业生个人及其家庭的切身利益。本文根据2007—2009年甘肃省理工类高校毕业生的就业状况调查数据,描述了理工类高校毕业生的就业质量、求职途径、求职投入以及就业期望,并通过逻辑回归模型分析了影响理工类高校毕业生就业的因素。

Nowadays,graduate employment situation is becoming increasingly severe,and graduate employment can directly affect the interests of the graduates and their families.Based on the statistics obtained from the survey on graduate employment of science-engineering universities in Gansu province,the present author illustrates the employment quality,job-hunting methods,job-hunting investment,and graduates＇ expectation,and analyzes the factors affecting the employment of graduates of science-engineering universities via the logic regression model.
