摘要
通过全断面硬岩掘进机在新疆达坂隧洞的工程实例,对TBM施工进度的影响因素进行分析,进而从组织、管理、经济、技术等方面提出控制措施,以实现对工程项目施工进度的主动控制,提高了TBM掘进效率,确保了TBM施工工期。
Based on the example of the full—face hard rock tunnel boring machine in the construction of Daban tunnel project in Xinjiang,the paper analyzes the influence factors of TBM construction schedule and puts forward the several control measures from aspects of organization,management,economy and technology to realize the active control of the construction schedule,then the TBM drivage efficiency is improved and the TBM construction period is ensured.
