摘要
分析了我国资源型城市经济转型面临着重大的经济、社会和资源环境问题,阐述了资源型城市的经济成功转型应以社会福利均等化、经济持续发展、生态环境整治与社会经济协调发展为目标,提出了"十二五"时期我国资源型城市转型的创新路径。
In this paper,the author analyzed major economic,social and environmental problems during economic transformation of resource-based cities.Also the author elaborated successful transformation of resource-based cities should had goals such as equal social welfare,sustainable development of its economy,ecological environmental renovation and social economy coordinated development.At last the author prososed innovative ways to realize resource-based city transformation during ＂12the five years＇plan＂.
