对我国生物技术人才问题的几点思考

Thoughts on Biological Technology Talents

以生命科学和生物技术为基础的生物产业将成为21世纪新的经济增长点,我国战略性新兴产业也对生物产业进行了战略谋划,但目前我国生物技术人才问题已成为制约我国生物产业发展的关键。在分析我国生物技术人才现状和存在突出问题的基础上,提出了鼓励和引导高层次领军人才走向企业、加强高层次人才的培养力度、分类培养各类生物技术人才等促进我国生物产业发展的几点思考。

Biological industry based on life science and biological technology would become new economic growth in 21st century,China＇s new strategic industry also included on biological industry.However,problems of lack of biological technology talents had become key points of restrainting biological development in China.Based on analyzing status quo and exsiting problems of biological technology talents,we proposed some thoughts on promoting biological industry development,such as encouraging and guiding high-level talents to service enterprises,strengthening personnel cultivation,classifying all kinds of talents.
