公共治理理论对构建老年体育组织服务体系的启示

The Enlightenment of Constructing Service System of Sports Organization for the Old with Public Governance Theory

文章基于公共治理理论,就组织服务体系的重要性、我国老年体育组织建设现状进行了分析,得到对构建老年体育组织服务体系的三点启示:吸纳老年体协、体育俱乐部等社会组织和私营机构共同管理,调整政府与社会组织、私营机构等其他治理主体之间的关系,形成自治网络管理体系。

Based on public governance theory, analyzing the importance of the organization service system and the current situation of the construction of sports organization for the old in China, this paper gets three lessons for constructing the service system of sports organization for the old. Absorb sports association for old age, sports clubs and other social organizations and private sector for co-management. Adjust the relationship between the government and other governance body. Develop autonomous network management system.
