T淋巴细胞亚群在矽肺患者外周血的表达变化分析

The analysis of expression of T cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with silicosis

目的探讨矽肺患者外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群的表达及其意义。方法采用流式细胞仪技术,检测16例矽肺患者外周血中T细胞、辅助性T细胞、抑制性T细胞、调节性T细胞的比值,并与16例健康人进行比较。结果矽肺患者外周血中辅助性T细胞明显低于对照组(P<0.01),而调节性T细胞明显高于对照组(P<0.05),T细胞和抑制性T细胞比例与对照组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05)。结论检测矽肺患者外周血中调节性T细胞和辅助性T细胞比例,对了解患者病情的发生和发展、临床诊断和预后判断具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of T lymphocyte cell subsets in peripheral blood of patients with silicosis.Methods The T cell,helper T cell,suppressor T cell and regulatory T cell levels in 16 peripheral blood of patients with silicosis and 16 controls were detected by flow cytometer.Results Percentage of helper T cell in peripheral blood of patients with silicosis significantly decreased（P〈0.01） and the regulatory T cell level in peripheral blood of patients with silicosis significantly increased（P〈0.05）compared to the controls,however,the T cell and T suppressor cell levels between these two groups were not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The detection of helper T cell and T suppressor cell levels in peripheral blood of with silicosis has an important clinical significance in studying the occurrence and progress,clinical diagnose and prognosis prediction of silicosis.
