肺结核患者营养支持治疗的效果评价 被引量:18

摘要 目的研究营养支持治疗对肺结核患者治疗效果的影响。方法将本院2006~2008年住院肺结核患者82例,随机分成两组:营养组(42例)由营养师根据患者情况提供高热量高蛋白营养治疗饮食,对照组(40例)则自行饮食。监测饮食治疗前后两组患者的身体质量指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(HB)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、总淋巴细胞计数(TLC)等生化指标。结果 20天后营养组体质指数、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、总淋巴细胞计数明显上升,高于对照组;痰菌培养转阴率明显高于对照组,具有统计学显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论肺结核患者进行营养支持治疗可改善患者的营养状况,提高临床疗效,促进患者康复。 Objective To observed the treating effect of nutrition therapy on Pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 82 hospitalized patients with Pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly allocated into two groups:The nutrition group were provided with nutrition diet and the control group went on diet by themselves.And compare the nutritional index such as BMI、HB、ALB、TLC.Results BMI、HB、ALB、TLC increased significantly in the nutrition group and were higher than those of the control group,and the conversion rate of sputum culture in the nutritional support group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion The reasonable nutritional support for the patients with Pulmonary tuberculosis could improve the nutritional state and outcome.
