酶联免疫斑点试验检测技术(Elispot)在诊断结核性脑膜炎中的应用 被引量：8

摘要 目的评价酶联免疫斑点技术(Elispot)检测外周血结核杆菌抗原特异性r干扰素(IFN-r)水平在结核性脑膜脑炎中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析本院73例结核性脑膜脑炎患者及16例非结核性脑膜脑炎患者外周血Elispot结果,同时分析脑脊液腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)水平、TB-DNA(PCR)结果,比较三种技术在诊断结核性脑膜炎的作用。结果 Elispot在诊断结核性脑膜脑炎中的敏感性及准确性高于脑脊液ADA、TB-DNA(PCR)检测,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而特异性比较三者无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论 Elispot技术在结核性脑膜脑炎中具有良好的辅助诊断价值,其诊断价值优于脑脊液ADA、TB-DNA(PCR)检测。
