银丹心脑通软胶囊对冠心病患者同型半胱氨酸和血脂水平的影响

Effects of YinDanXinNaoTong capsule on the levels of homocysteine and blood lipids in coronary heart disease patients

目的探讨银丹心脑通软胶囊对气滞血瘀型冠心病患者血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)和LDL-C水平的影响。方法选择11 5例气滞血瘀型冠心病患者随机分为中西药结合治疗组(联合组)58例和西药组57例,在给予相同西药治疗基础上,联合组加用银丹心脑通软胶囊治疗,并对治疗前后2组血浆Hcy及血脂、血糖、血尿酸水平进行分析。结果 2组患者治疗前Hcy、LDL-C水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但治疗后2组患者的Hcy、LDL-C水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与西药组比较,联合组患者治疗后Hcy、LDLC水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银丹心脑通软胶囊在改善气滞血瘀型冠心病患者心绞痛的同时,可以有效降低Hcy及LDL-C水平。

Objective To investigate the effects of YinDanXinNaoTong capsule on the levels of plasma homocysteine（Hcy） and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol（LDL-C） in coronary heart disease（CHD） patients with syndrome of stagnation of vital energy and blood stasls. Methods 115 cases of CHD patients were divided into two groups：group of combination of TCM with west- ern medicine and western medicine group. Besides the same western medicine treatment as the western medicine group, YinDanXinNaoTong capsule was added to the combination group. The plasma Hcy and LDL-C levels were measured before and after the treatment. Results The plasma Hcy and LDL-C levels of the two groups showed no significant difference before the treatment （P ~ 0.05）, and were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment （P ~ 0.05）. The plasma Hcy and LDL-C levels of the combination group after treatment was significantly lower than those of western medicine group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion YinDanXinNaoTong capsule can both improve the symtoms of CHD patients with syndrome of stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis and decrease the levels of Hey and LDL-C in these patients.
