摘要 对近年来铝钢焊接的各种常见的焊接方法(压焊,搅拌摩擦焊接,钎焊,熔焊)进行综述,认为铝钢的异种材料焊接关键在于对金属间脆性化合物层进行控制。详细介绍了压焊,钎焊在控制化合物层厚度上的优势。指出各种焊接方式在实际生产中的不足,并对铝钢焊接研究方向进行展望。 The paper reviews a variety of conventional welding methods in recent years (including pressure welding, friction stir welding, brazing and fusion welding) ,and states that the key of welding aluminum and steel is to control the thickness of the intermetallic phase layer. It introduces in detail the advantages of controlling the thickness of the intermetallie phase layer, while at the same time, it indicates the disadvantages of the welding methods in practical production and prospects the research direction of welding the two materials.
