摘要
运用实验法确定HiHiLo对古典跤运动员减控重的效果以及对T/C的影响,进一步探讨古典跤运动员减控重期间维持运动能力的新的训练模式。结果显示:高住高训低练模式对古典跤运动员减控体重有着积极的作用,且对运动员运动能力的维持也优于传统的减控重模式,提示这种减控重模式是可行的。
This study uses experimental methods to study the effect of HiHiLo on the weight control of wrestlers and T/C, and discusses a new training method which can keep the athletes' ability and control their weight at the same time. The results show that HiHiLo plays a positive role in the weight controlling of wrestlers' body, further analysis shows that it has advantages over other weight losing model because of its sustaining effect on the athletes' performance, which makes it a way that works.
