雾化吸入硝酸甘油联合酚妥拉明治疗新生儿肺动脉高压临床疗效观察 被引量:13

摘要 新生儿肺动脉高压是新生儿时期的危重症之一,若不及时处理,可危及生命,国外报道,活产儿中,此病的发生率为0.1%-0.2%。目前国内一些针对新生儿肺动脉高压的特殊治疗如:高频通气、体外肺膜及一氧化氮吸入治疗,条件要求高,操作复杂,价格昂贵,所以广泛应用受到限制。我们采用氧喷雾化吸入硝酸甘油联合酚妥拉明持续静脉滴注治疗新生儿肺动脉高压取得较好的疗效,现总结报告如下。
