摘要
阐述了DC/DC变换器环路特性的测量原理,搭建了环路特性的测量平台。从反馈环路的不同位置对DC/DC产品进行了实际测量,并且对测量结果做出了定量的分析,为提高产品的可靠性提供了依据。
The principle in measuring the properties of DC/DC converter control loop is presented,and constructed a platform for this measurement.A measurement is made of DC/DC products at different points in a feedback loop with a quantitative analysis,providing a foundation for improvement in the product reliability.
