摘要
在深型腔模加工过程中,经常会遇到刀具及夹持与模具碰撞和其避空问题,充分利用PowerMILL编程软件的刀杆、刀柄碰撞检查优势,实现避免刀具的刀杆/刀柄与模具碰撞现象的发生,同时,设置合理刀具路径进行避空,可以充分利用刀具提高模具的加工精度。
In the deep cavity mold processing, often times when cutting tools, clamping collisions and from its empty problem, make full use of PowerMILL programming software tool rod, handles collision check advantage and realize avoid tool collision happens, meanwhile, establishing reasonable cutter into born avoid empty, can make full use of cutter improve the mold machining accuracy.
