鼠标上下盖浇口位置分析研究

摘要 在鼠标上、下盖模具设计中,对于浇口位置的决定通常是采用经验方法确定,其结果往往造成产品充不满型腔,部分位置有重叠的现象,无法满足其质量要求。现通过有限元分析鼠标上、下盖体,得到最理想的浇口位置,产品能成型完整,质量能保证,从而为类似产品的浇口设计提供理论与实践依据。 In the mouse upper and lower cover body mold design, gate location decision is usually by empirical method to determine, the result often caused dissatisfaction cavity, partial product filling positions with overlapping phenomenon, unable to meet its quality request. We are covered by the finite element analysis mouse fluctuation body, get the most ideal gate location, the product can molding complete, quality can guarantee for similar products, thus providing the gate design theory and the practice basis.
