分析了连接器护套的结构特点和成型工艺,设计了带有弯销顺序抽芯结构的注射模。简化了模具结构,降低了模具成本,保证了产品质量,提高了生产效率。
Analyzed the structure characteristics and molding process of the connector sheath, designed injection mold with bent pin sequence core-pulling structure. Simplify the mold structure, reduced the mold cost, guaranteed product quality, improved the production efficiency.
