摘要
模具采用热流道技术,在浇口切除时,可以去掉塑件上残留的浇口料,减少材料消耗,节约成本;并且使用MoldFlow对汽车门内衬板的注塑成型过程进行了模拟分析,从熔体的均衡填充、模腔压力、成型缺陷等方面考虑,确定浇口数量、位置及尺寸,优化浇注系统的设计,结果直观方便,避免了频繁的修模工作。
The mold used the hot runner system,so the stuff left on the gate was cut easily. It could reduce material depletion and economize cost. It simulated and analyzed injection molding of the car lining board inside the door by means of MoldFlow. Considered on the analysis of the balanced fill of the fused plastic and the pressure of mold cavity,the optimal gate location and dimension are chose,the optical design of feed system is chose too. The simulated result are visual and easy with reliable data and such that frequent mold mending can be avoided.
