摘要
饼是中国北方的传统面食,有着悠久的历史。《全唐诗》中,写面食"饼"的诗有28首,它们反映了唐代的饮食文化,也反映了唐代士风和诗风的转变。探讨其中的饮食文化,将使我们更加了解和热爱我们的民族文化;探讨其创作与士风、诗风的联系,补充了前人关于创作受时代影响的论证。
Cakes represent traditional Chinese-based pasta with a long history in the northern parts of China. Included in "The Complete Collection of Tang Poems" are 28 poems, extolling and describing "cakes", which reflects the catering culture as well as the changes of the scholar lifestyles and poem styles in the Tang Dynasty. The discussion on the catering culture in the Tang Dynasty contributes to our understanding and love for our national culture. The research on the association of their creation with the scholar lifestyles and poem styles supplements the previous argument that poem writing is influenced by the times.
