摘要
中原经济区与周边经济区(圈)联动发展,应当以各方共同利益为基础,以市场为导向,以政府联合推进为依托,由浅入深地实施全方位、多层次、宽领域的互动合作。从实际情况分析,当前中原经济区与周边经济区(圈)互动合作的重点领域应包括对接交通物流网络、承接产业转移、共同开发资源、接轨现代服务业、合作推进旅游文化产业发展、联合共建基础设施项目、探索政府层面的协作与联动等七个方面。
With regard to the linkage development between the Central Plains economic zone and that the around zones,it is necessary to gradually carry out the all-round,multi-level and wide-field mutual cooperation with the co-benefit of various fields as the foundation and the market as the direction and the government united promotion as the dependence.Analysis of the real condition,it can be seen that the present stress of the integrated cooperation field of the Central Plains economic zone and the around zones should include：butting to butting the communication of material circulation network;continuing the industrial transform,co-developing resources;joining the modern service trade;co-operatively promoting the development of tourism culture;uniting and co-constructing the fundamental items;investigating the cooperation and the integration at the government layer.
