摘要
基于大型铸造仿真软件ProCAST和UG软件平台,采用形状优化技术,通过对涡轮叶片原浇冒口工艺参数优化,实现了涡轮叶片浇冒口形状及工艺参数的自动化设计。结果表明:该技术有效提高了浇冒口工艺设计精度,缩短设计周期,提高了叶片质量,为实际生产提供了量化参考依据。
Based on the platform of simulation soft ProCAST and Unigraphics,and using shape optimization technology,the running and feeding shape and process parameters were automatically designed by the original process parameters of turbine blade.The researching results show that the designed accuracy of running and feeding shape is effectively improved,the designed cycle is obviously shorten,and the blade quality is also bettermented.So it is of very important quantitative reference for practical production.
