摘要 介绍一种纯水锥阀式先导阀的结构,并用FLUENT软件对其内流场进行仿真分析。得到流场压力,速度及湍动能分布云图,根据仿真分析结果对锥阀结构进行两种结构的优化和改进。分析结果显示,改进后的结构明显地减小了阀内的静压力和湍动能的损失,降低了阀口气穴产生的几率,减小了振动。 A pilot valve water valve cone structure is described,and its use within the FLUENT software to simulate the flow field analysis,flow pressure,velocity and turbulence energy contours.According to the simulation results of the two structures poppet valve structure optimization and improvement,analysis of the structure can be significantly improved valve reduces the pressure and turbulent kinetic energy losses,reducing the risk of valve tone hole produced and reduce vibration.
