摘要
针对船舶模型试验中数据处理复杂的特点,以IEEE1451为标准,寻求现实传感器智能化改造的途径。对IEEE1451标准中TEDS(Transducer Electronic Data Sheets)技术展开深入研究,给出TEDS技术方案及其在系统中实现过程。一方面实现了传感器信号的数字化传递,另一方面通过单片机对传感器进行标识,使数据采集系统能利用该标识信息对传感器进行自动识别。结果表明:模型试验实现自动化测试,传统传感器实现智能化。
With regard to the trait that the data processing of ship model testing is complicated, it is vital for us to develop some reformatory methods for intelligent sensors according to the standard of IEEE1451. TEDS technology of IEEE1451 standard is further studied when scheme of TEDS technology and realizing process in system are given, On one hand, digital transmission of sensor signal is realized. On the other hand, the sensor is identified by MCU so that the data acquisition system can automatically identify sensors. The results show that: model test can automatically testing and traditional sensor realizes intelligence.
