变量施药机的恒压变量控制系统设计及算法 被引量:10

摘要 针对施药机施药量和施药质量不能满足农艺要求的问题,在建立系统总管道药液压力PID控制模型和施药量模糊控制模型的基础上,采用AT89S52单片机设计了变量施药机的恒压变量控制系统,并研究了其控制算法。利用MATLAB对系统模型进行仿真,结果表明:药液压力PID控制的响应时间为0.85s,施药量模糊控制的响应时间为1.04s,两者的稳态误差均在±3%之内,该控制系统可用于施药机恒压变量控制。 Aiming at the problems that the spraying volume and spraying quality of variable pesticide application machine can not meet the agricultural requirement,a constant pressure and variable flow control system of variable pesticide application machine was designed by using AT89S52 SCM.The control system was based on the establishment of the PID control model of the pesticide pressure and the fuzzy control model of spraying volume,and its control algorithm was researched.The models were simulated with MATLAB platform.The result showed that the response time of pesticide pressure and spraying volume control were 0.85s and 1.04s respectively,and the steady state errors of both were within ±3%.The system can be used to control the pesticide pressure and spraying volume.
