水稻谷粒机械损伤的能量平衡机理研究

Study on the Energy Conservation of Mechanical Injury to Rice Grain

在收获、储运和加工过程中,外界机械力的影响是造成水稻谷粒损伤的主要原因之一。为此,指出了水稻谷粒在收获、储运、加工过程中的损伤特点,利用能量平衡原理导出了谷粒损伤形式为产生裂纹时其机械损伤量(裂纹扩展程度)与其吸收能量成正比的数学关系,并对水稻谷粒进行了弯曲破坏试验。试验验证了上述数学关系,为水稻谷粒的机械损伤研究提供了一种新方法。

During harvesting,handling,and transporting,mechanical injury is one of the reasons for the injury of rice grain.The injury characteristics of rice grain during harvesting,handling,and transporting were analyzed.Energy conservation law is used in studied the injury to rice grain,when the injury of rice grain is only cracking.Based on the energy conservation law That the injury（crack propagation）degree of rice grain is proportional to the energy absorption relationship is obtained.Bending experiments were done for the rice grain.The results show a good agreement.A method for researching the mechanical injury to rice grain is given.
