摘要
针对目前便携式和手推式喷药机的不足,设计了可变流量的喷药控制系统。采用控制器调节PWM,控制电机转速,从而控制喷药系统的流量,实现根据实际需要对喷药流量的精确控制。在相同试验条件下,通过设置不同占空比和频率,做了流量的相应试验。试验和实际运行结果表明,该系统运行可靠,自动化程度高,有利于对喷药技术的改进,适用于便携式喷药机和手推式喷药机。
Because of deficiency of the portable and hand-push sprayer,the variable flow spray control system was designed.A controller was adopted to adjust the PWM to control the speed of the motor,in order to achieve the practical need for spraying under the precise control of flow.Under the same condition,having set a different duty cycle(Under the frequency to meet the motor's smooth running),we Measured the different flow.Testing and practical operation shows that the system is reliable,highly automated,it is beneficial for the improvement of spraying technology which is conducive to portable hand-push sprayer,and spraying machine.
