摘要
在振动试验台上模拟拖拉机驾驶环境,在振动加速度为1.2m/s2、频率为4Hz的情况下,测试了被试者腰部竖脊肌和多裂肌的表面肌电信号(sEMG),并对其均方根值(RMS)和平均功率频率(MPF)进行了分析研究。结果表明:在振动过程中,被试者腰部均感觉到了明显的疲劳;随着驾驶时间的延长,竖脊肌和多裂肌肌电信号的RMS呈上升趋势,而MPF呈下降趋势。这说明,在振动过程中,随着试验时间的延长,被试者腰部竖脊肌和多裂肌产生了疲劳,是使被试者产生腰部疲劳的主要原因。结合主观疲劳感觉评分结果,被试者在受振50-60min后开始有疲劳感觉。
In this article,the driving environment of tractor was simulated on the vibration test-bed,surface electromyography(sEMG) to low back sacrospinal muscle and multifidus muscle of the subjects were calculated under variable vibration acceleration,and then root mean square(RMS) and mean power frequency(MPF) were calculated and analyzed.The results indicated that in vibration process, all subjects feel low back fatigue obviously.As prolonging of driving time,RMS of the muscles increase,and MPF decrease,this shows that low back sacrospinal muscle and multifidus muscle of the subjects fatigued as the prolonging of driving time.The result of subjective perception score indicated that,when driving to 50min,subjects feel the low back fatigue.
