摘要
针对农用手扶电力驱动车车架的特点,研究了前后轮距、载荷大小对车架强度和刚度的影响规律。车架最大变形发生在沿角钢与前后轮最远等距处、车架与轮连接处表现为应力集中、前后轮距为482mm及额定载荷为100kg等规律,为整车的研制与维护提供了重要的参考。在理论研究的基础上进行了应力测试试验,结果表明了车架强度是满足要求的。
Study the laws of strength and rigidity,which affected with wheelbase and loading with the characteristic of Walking Vehicle Drived with Electric for Agriculture.The laws are beneficial for the Development such as the biggest deformation occurring at the longest equidistance from the front wheel and the back wheel,the biggest stress occurring at the join of the wheel and the frame of vehicle,the wheelbase is 482mm,the rated loading is 100kg,etc.The stress tests were done on the basis of the analysis,which showed the strength of the frame is enough.
