摘要
目前,国内大中型水稻芽种生产基本处于人工盐水选种和静态浸种催芽状态,存在受热、受氧不均等问题,难以达到理想的"快、齐、匀、壮"的工艺技术要求;同时,水稻机械化育秧过程尚处于播前系统不连续的半机械化状态,存在生产效率低、劳动强度大等问题,现阶段的水稻芽种生产技术已远远不能满足现代化大规模高效的水稻芽种生产系统的新需求。因此,具备质量高、效率高、机械化程度高和成本低等技术特点的大中型水稻芽种生产设备将会有广阔的应用前景。
Nowadays rice seeds in brine selected by manpower,soaking rice seeds and accelerating the germination of seeds are in shortage of oxygen,that make the rice seeds are in hypoxia,can't be heated equably and the technology desire in processing budded rice seeds can not be fulfilled,meanwhile,there have many problems in front of seeding,such as,the process is in discontiguous,inefficient and have high work intensity.Today's processing technology and line can't meet new demands of the modern large-scale system of the budded rice seeds processing,so the large-scale processing line of the budded rice seeds will be wide use in the future,that which have high quality,high efficiency,more mechanized work and low cost.
