摘要
目的探讨转录信号传导子与激活子3(STAT3)、磷酸化STAT3(p-STAT3)及STAT3 mRNA表达在食管鳞癌中的可能作用。方法采用免疫组化和原位杂交方法检测60例食管鳞癌组织中STAT3、p-STAT3在蛋白及mRNA水平的表达情况,并与正常食管黏膜组40例进行比较。结果食管鳞癌组组织中STAT3、p-STAT3蛋白和STAT3 mRNA的表达均明显高于正常食管黏膜组(P<0.01);随着细胞的不断活化STAT3呈高表达,STAT3蛋白与p-STAT3蛋白表达具有一致性(r=0.735,P<0.05);STAT3蛋白与STAT3 mRNA的表达存在一致性(r=0.564,P<0.05)。结论 STAT3的持续性活化可能在食管鳞癌发生过程中起一定的作用。
Objective To explore the possibility role of STAT3,phosphorylation STAT3(p-STAT3) and STAT3 mRNA expression in esophageal squmous cell carcinoma.Methods Detected the tissues in 60 cases of esophageal squmous cell carcinoma with STAT3,p-STAT3 in protein and mRNA expression levels by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization, then compared with 40 cases of normal esophageal mucosa.Results The STAT3 protein,p-STAT3 protein,STAT3 mRNA expression were all significantly higher in esophageal squmous cell carcinoma than those of the normal esophageal mucosa (P0.01).Along with the activation of cells the STAT3 was highly expressed.The expression of STAT3 protein and p-STAT3 protein were consistency(r =0.735,P0.05),the similar to the expression of STAT3 protein and STAT3 mRNA (r = 0.564,P0.05).Conclusion It validated that the sustainability of STAT3 activation may play a role in the pathological change of esophageal squmous cell carcinoma.
