摘要
目前电站设备超期服役是一个普遍存在的问题.本文在现场测试和试验研究的基础上,阐述了电站主蒸汽管道经过长期高温运行后,材料性能的变化及其对安全运行的影响,得出了被检主蒸汽管道的剩余寿命.试验结果表明,材料脆性转变温度上升是影响管道运行寿命的主要因素之一,应引起充分重视.本文对还没有进行安全评估的主蒸汽管道具有一定的指导意义.
It is a common problem that power generating machines are still in operation beyond their life expectancy. On the basis of the field test and experimental study, the change of material properties after a long period of high-temperature operation and its effect on operation are described, and the remaining life of main steam pipes is analyzed. The experimental results show that the increase of the fragility-transition-temperature is one of the main factors affecting the operating life.
