结直肠癌患者术后化疗期间癌因性疲乏与疾病不确定感的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of cancer-related fatigue and uncertainty in illness among patients with colorectal cancer during the period of postoperative chemotherapy

目的了解结直肠癌患者术后化疗期间癌因性疲乏和疾病不确定感水平,分析两者的相关性。方法以便利抽样的方法,采用简明疲劳量表和中文版Mishel疾病不确定感量表,对101例结直肠癌术后化疗患者进行问卷调查。结果①患者癌因性疲乏得分(4.50±2.03)分,76.24%的患者出现了中度到重度的疲乏;②疾病不确定感得分(94.01±11.37)分,处于中等水平,疾病不确定感主要来源于不明确性和不可预测两个维度;③癌因性疲乏得分与疾病不确定感总分呈正相关(r=0.264,P=0.008)。结论护士应通过各种有效措施降低患者的疾病不确定感水平,以减轻患者癌因性疲乏的程度,从而改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the degree of cancer - related fatigue （CRF） and uncertainty in illness among patients with colorectal cancer during the period of postoperative chemotherapy, and analyze their correlation. Methods A total of 101 cases of patients with colorectal cancer were selected by convenience sampiing and investigated by Brief Fatigue Inventory and Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale during the period of postoperative chemotherapy. Results The mean score of CRF was （ 4. 50 ± 2. 03 ） and 76. 24 % patients had suffered fatigue ranging from moderate to severe. The mean score of Uncertainty in Illness was （94.01 ± 11.37 ）, which was in the moderate level and uncertainty in illness mainly came from two dimensions, uncertainty and unpredictability. There was a significantly positive correlation between cancer - related fatigue and uncertainty in illness（ r = 0. 264,P = 0. 008 ）. Conclusion Nurses should take effective measures to reduce the degree of patients＇uncertainty in illness so as to reduce the degree of cancer - related fatigue and improve their quality of life.
