摘要
目的减轻急危重症病学科护士的职业倦怠感。方法对急危重症病学科100名临床护士通过改善保健因素、应用激励机制、实施信息化管理和员工援助计划等方法进行系统干预,并应用职业倦怠量表进行干预前后评估比较。结果情绪衰竭和去人格化两项指标得分下降,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论急危重症病学科护士的职业倦怠感应引起护理管理者的重视,进行系统化护理干预可以缓解其职业倦怠感。
Objective To reduce the level of job burnout among nurses in emergency and intensive eare units. Methods A series of systematie intervention measures,including improving health promotion factors, applying incentive mechanism,implementing information management and employee assistance programs ,were implemented among 100 clinical nurses in emergency and intensive care units. A job burnout seale was used to assess before and after the intetwention. Results The total seorc of job burnout and the scores in the two subseales of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization were significantly lower after the intervention than those before the intervention (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Nursing managers should attaeh more importance to nurses'job hurnuut in emergency and intensive care units. The systematic intervention can relieve their job burnout.
