科室管理中促进护士间合作方法的探讨

Discussion of the methods of promoting cooperation among nurses

目的探讨在科室管理中促进护士间合作的方法。方法优化护理流程、合理安排班次、明确岗位职责、重视团队协作。结果与手术室、导管室交接患者的等待时间缩短,患者每天呼叫换液次数、相关科室和患者的投诉减少。结论护士间的合作能够有效提高护理工作安全和质量,护理管理者应注重营造护士间的合作氛围。

Objective To explore how to promote the cooperation among nurses. Methods The measures included optimizing nursing process, arranging nursing shift reasonably, specifying duties and responsibilities and paying attention to the team cooperation. Results The time of transferring patients between operating room and catheterization center was reduced ,and the total number of patients＇calls for replacing infusion solution decreased and the complaints from related departments and patients were reduced also. Conclusion Cooperation among nurses can effectively improve the safety and the quality of nursing. Nursing administrators should create cooperative atmosphere in the departments.
