摘要
根据一台2 500/6.3的干式变压器结构特点,利用Fluent前处理软件Gambit建立可用于数值计算的模型,并依据传热学的基本原理对模型进行参数设置,用Fluent软件求解该产品绕组的热点分布,计算结果与试验结果基本一致,为研究变压器绕组温度场提供了分析方法。
According to a 2500/6.3 structural characteristics of dry-type transformers,Gambit that the pre-processing software of Fluent can be used to establish the numerical model and make the the model parameter settings based on the principles of heat transfer,to solve the product distribution of winding hot point by using Fluent software.The results are basically consistent with the experimental results.It provides an effective method for the study of transformer winding temperature
