摘要
介绍了热管式空气预热器的结构、传热特性及工作原理。借助某电站锅炉的热管式空气预热器的热力计算和经济性分析,提出了余热回收的节能新方案,该方案可以降低电站锅炉的排烟温度,减少锅炉的热损失,提高锅炉效率。
The paper presents the structure,heat transfer characteristics and working principle of heat pipe air preheater.With the thermal calculation and economic analysis of power plant heat pipe air preheater,a new energy-efficient waste heat recovery program is proposed,which can reduce the boiler＇s flue gas temperature and the boiler＇s heat loss,thereby improving boiler efficiency.
