Study on Consultation Mechanism in Network Risk Control

为加强电网风险的危险点分析与预控,某供电公司建立了风险控制会商机制。结合风险控制理论,分层分级分析了电网等级风险,制定了相应的措施和办法。通过会商,实现危险源辨识、风险分析、风险评估、风险控制。建立了过程闭环管理的安全风险管理体系,以实现安全生产全过程"可控、能控、在控",健全安全生产预控和隐患排查治理长效机制。

To enhance the risk of network risk analysis and pre-control point,Haidian power supply company established a consultation mechanism for risk control.This paper combined of risk control theory,hierarchical classification of network level risk,proposed appropriate measures and methods.The goal is to achieve the hazard identification,risk analysis,risk assess,risk control through consultation.So that safety management of closed-loop risk management system can be established,to make sure that the process of safe production is under control,to improve safety investigation and management of pre-control and hidden long-term mechanism.
