摘要
以玉米淀粉为原料,N-(3-氯-2-羟丙基)三甲基氯化铵(CTA)为醚化剂,在NaOH为催化剂条件下,采用半干法预干燥工艺制备阳离子淀粉。影响阳离子化反应的主要因素有催化剂用量,阳离子化试剂用量,反应时间和反应温度等通过X射线衍射、Brabender黏度仪对阳离子淀粉特性进行了分析。
Utilizing corn starch as raw material,under the condition of NaOH,the cationic starch was prepared via reacting starch with N-(3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl) trimethyl ammonium chloride by the semi-dry pre-drying process.The main factors of cationic reaction,catalyst amount,the amount of cationic reagent,reaction time and reaction temperature were studied,the property analysis of cationic starch was investigated by methods of X-ray diffraction and Brabender Viscoamylograph.
