摘要
采用Sol-gel工艺在玻璃表面制得均匀透明的多孔TiO2 纳米薄膜,其纳米颗粒大小在50—100nm 范围。该玻璃透光性较好,在可见光范围内相对于普通玻璃的透光率在63% 以上,同时可以阻挡紫外线的透过。两种有机磷农药水溶液的光催化降解实验表明:随着镀膜次数的增加,光催化效率提高,当镀膜次数达到5 次以上时,其光解率提高就比较缓慢。TiO2 涂层自洁净玻璃表面的XPS研究表明:TiO2 涂层中存在一定量的Ti3+ ,+ 3Ti使TiO2 涂层自洁净玻璃在550nm 附近具有宽吸收带。该类材料可望在环境保护、污水处理、空气净化等方面具有广阔的应用前景。
In this paper the even and transparent porous nanometer TiO 2 coatings on glass substrates were prepared by sol gel processing The diameters of the TiO 2 particles in the coatings are in the range 50 100nm.The transparency of the glass coated with TiO 2 in visible spectra was high and its transmissivity compared with common glass was over 63%,but it does not transmit ultraviolet light.Two kinds of organophosphorous insecticides were degraded in the presence of the self cleaning glass coated with TiO 2 coatings by exposing their solution to sunlight.Photocatalytic degradation experiment indicated that with the increasing of the coating times photodegradation efficiency was enhanced and when the coating times was more than five times,photodegradation rate slowly increased.The XPS studies of the self cleaning glass coated with TiO 2 coatings show that there is a certain amount of Ti 3+ in TiO 2 coatings,which makes the self cleaning glass appear the wide absorption in the wavelength about 550 nm.This materials will be widely used in the protection of the environment,wastewater treatment and air purification.
