摘要
目的:了解护理人员实施人文关爱护理行为意向及影响因素,为实施护理管理干预提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法,对该院73名外科和骨科护理人员进行实施人文关爱护理行为意向调查。结果:护理人员实施人文关爱护理行为意向得分较高,间接态度、间接控制得分较低;逐步多元回归分析显示,直接控制和主观规范是护理人员人文关爱护理行为意向重要的独立影响因素。结论:护理管理者要注意管理方法和技巧,促进护理人员人文关爱护理行为意向转化为行动,加强对护理人员的人文关爱教育、培训,提高护理人员的自我效能。
Objective:To investigate the intention and influence factors when nurses carry out humanistic caring nursing and provide evidence for nursing management intervention.Methods:A total of 73 surgical and orthopedics nurses were investigated by questionnaire.Results:Humanistic caring nursing behavioral intention of nurses got a high score,but indirect attitude and indirect control levels were lower.The stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that direct control and subjective norm were independent influence factors of humanistic caring nursing behavioral intention.Conclusion:Nursing managers should take some interventions and strategies to promote the transfer from humanistic caring nursing intention to action,and provide nurses education opportunities to improve their self-efficacy.
