摘要
液晶显示器是嵌入式系统中常选用的人机交互工具。文章介绍了一种基于51单片机AT89C55WD对VRAM型彩色液晶模块的控制及驱动显示的设计方法。通过分析液晶模块的时序和显示驱动原理,给出彩色液晶显示器的工作原理以及和单片机之间的硬件接口设计框图。同时分析了系统软件结构框架,给出了基于c51单片机编程语言的驱动程序设计模块,以及字符和汉字显示等实际应用子程序,实现VRAM型液晶显示程序的模块化,便于移植在其他类型的单片机上。并通过编译连接实现了对液晶模块LR035VRAM的显示控制。所设计的系统已成功应用在仿真训练仪中。
LCD is often used as the human-machine conversation tool in the embedded system.The text introduces a design method of control and drive-display between 51 MCU AT89C55WD and the VRAM color LCD module.According to the timing chart of the LCD module and the principle of driving-display,provides the principle of this kind of LCD and the hardware design diagram of the interface to MCU.Anglicizing the structural framework of the system software,it also provides the module of drive-program design based on C51 MCU programmed language,the practical general subprograms are given,including displaying character and Chinese character,and so on.It gives a module for applying to the VRAM color LCD so that the LCD is convenient for transplanting to other microcontrollers.At the same time,bying the compiling and building the software which controls the LR035VRAM color LCD module to display properly.Gives the module for applying to the training simulation display successfully.
