食管癌术后患者睡眠障碍的预防性护理

Preventive nursing for patients with sleep disorders after esophagectomy

目的:总结食管癌术后患者胸管、胃管、尿管留置期间预防睡眠障碍的护理方法。方法:对50例食管癌术后患者采取综合性预防措施合并足三里穴位按摩,以改善睡眠环境,合理安排各项治疗护理措施,减少留置管道引起的不适,减轻切口疼痛及心理因素的影响。结果:48例患者除2例需应用催眠药物方可入睡外,其余均获得良好的睡眠。结论:加强食管癌术后患者睡眠障碍的预防性护理,对减轻手术带来的不适,提高患者的睡眠质量,促进患者早日康复起着重要作用。

Objective：To summarize the nursing for prevention of patients＇ sleep disorders during the time of Indwelling chest tube,gastric tube,catheter after esophagectomy.Methods：Using synthetical preventive measures,improve sleep environment,reasonable arrangement of various treatment and nursing measures,reduce the discomfort by the indwelling pipeline,alleviate incisional pain and the influence of psychological factors for 50 cases patients after esophagectomy.Results：48 cases patients obtained a good sleep,but 2 cases should use hypnotic.Conclusion：Strengthen preventive nursing for patients with sleep disorders after esophagectomy,it can alleviate discomfort by the operation and improve the patients＇ sleep quality.It played an important role for promote patients rehabilitation early.
