中西医结合健康教育路径在老年便秘患者中的应用

The effect of Chinese and Western medicine combined with health education used in elderl patients with constipation

目的:探讨中西医结合健康教育在老年便秘患者中的作用。方法:将30例住院老年便秘患者分为观察组和对照组各15例,对照组采用传统随机健康教育方法,观察组采用中西医结合健康教育,比较两种方法的临床效果。结果:观察组的健康教育效果和有效排便均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合健康教育能促进老年便秘患者的排便效果,从而提高患者的生活质量。

Objective：Discussion on health education in traditional Chinese and Western medicine constipation in elderly patients with the role of.Methods：To 30 cases of constipation in elderly hospitalized patients were randomly divided into observation group and the control group,15 cases in each group,The control group using the traditional methods of health education were to observe the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group health education,comparing the two kinds of methods of clinical effect.Results：The effect of observation group behavior and effective health defecation were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Chinese and Western medicine combined with health education can promote the effect of the elderly defecation constipation,thereby enhancing the quality of life of patients.
