摘要
以12个甜瓜高世代自交系为试验材料,采用NC-Ⅱ设计配制了36个杂交组合,对15个数量性状聚类并进行典型相关分析。结果表明:第Ⅰ类性状中的干物质与第Ⅱ类性状中的中心可溶性固形物、维生素C、边部可溶性固形物关系密切,因此在甜瓜育种过程中可以通过对干物质的调控达到改变中心可溶性固形物、维生素C和边部可溶性固形物含量的目的。
Thirty-six hybrids were made by NC-II with twelve inbred lines of melon.Fifteen quantitative traits were analyzed according to clustering and canonical correlation analysis.The results showed that dry matter in the first class was closely related to the center soluble solids,vitamin C,and edge soluble solids in the second class.In melon breeding process,the dry matter could be manipulated by selecting center soluble solids,vitamin C and edge soluble solids content.
