民营职业中介机构的自律与他律

就目前立法而言,职业中介机构分为公共服务机构和民营职业中介机构两类。在市场经济体制下,民营职业中介机构发挥着越来越重要的作用,但我国学术界从立法角度对其研究得较少,我国规范民营中介机构的立法目前还存在很多问题,需要进一步推进我国民营职业中介机构的立法完善。

Accrding to the current legislation,the employment agency is divided into public service agencies and private professional organizations.In the market economy,private employment agencies are playing an increasingly important role,but academic research from the legislative point is rare,and China＇s legislative norms still have many problems.We should perfect the legislation private employment agencies.
