Analysis of the Model of Agro-processing Industry Cluster

农产品加工业正朝着集群化的方向发展。在界定农产品加工产业集群定义的基础上,分析了农产品加工产业集群的特点。从产业集群成长升级的角度出发,以集群企业间竞合度和集群体对知识的依存度为维度,将农产品加工产业集群模式分为3种类型,并比较了不同类型农产品加工产业集群在集群驱动力、企业规模和价值链等方面的差异。

Agro-processing industry is developing in the way of cluster. On the basis of given definition of agro-processing industry cluster, this paper analyses the features of agro-processing industry cluster. Then from the perspective of growth of industry cluster, it classifies agro-processing industry cluster into three types which depends on the degree of competition and cooperation among enterprises, and knowledge dependence of cluster, and compares different models of agro-processing industry clusters in the aspects of cluster＇ motive power, the scale of enterprises, and the chain of value.
