高职食品生物化学教学的认识与改革探讨

Research and Exploration on Innovative Teaching of Food Biochemistry in Vocational Colleges

针对目前高职院校食品生物化学教学中存在的缺点与不足,提出在教学内容和方法、实验室建设及教师业务素质等方面加以改革。期望该教研改革能有效地提高高职高专院校食品生物化学学科的教学效果,促进学生对食品生物化学知识的理解和掌握,更好地为学生的学习和就业服务。

In connection with the shortcomings of the existing teaching in food biochemistry, some efficient ways to improve the situation are discussed. The expectation of innovation is showed to strengthen the understanding of fundamental concept and improve the teaching quality.
