当前,我国正处于社会转型期,也是社会矛盾凸显期。改革开放30年的发展,使我国在经济政治文化等各方面取得巨大成就。与此同时,更值得关注的是当前社会中出现的问题,尤其是"贫二代"与"富二代"的出现甚至贫富阶层固化,对社会稳定造成一定的影响,究其原因在于历史因素、体制不健全、市场经济中资源不对称带来的不公平、个人自身主客观因素等。为使社会不至贫富固化,为发展社会长远的稳定,最基本最重要的是体制上的大力改革、优化市场经济的基础上健全政府宏观调控、大力发展城镇化和中小企业、加强自身软硬件基础和市场经济中的竞争实力、大力发展教育尤其是教育资源公平化。从长远来讲,这是在逐步走向社会公平,对社会稳定具有深远的理论和现实意义。

Currently,our country is going through the transitional period,which is also highlighted social contradictions.Because of the development of the 30 years of the reform and opening up,our economy 、politics and culture had made great achievements.At the same time,more concern is the current social problems,especially ＂second generation of the poor＂ and ＂second generation of the rich＂ ＂appears even the stratas is curing,which caused some impact on social stability,the reasons are historical reasons,system and market economy in the resources of the asymmetric unfair and personal subjective factors themselves.For the long-term stable society,the most basic and most important is the institutional reform vigorously,on the basis of optimizing market economy sound government macroeconomic adjustment,developing towns and small and medium-sized enterprises,strengthening its own hardware and software infrastructure and market economy competitiveness,developing education particularly education resource fair.In the long run,this is gradually moving towards social justice,which is of profound theoretical and practical significance
